We furnish and decorate it with our own furniture, room by room, in the style you choose. Everything in it is for sale to guests. Every sale pays you a commission, separate from your rent.
With or without our management
Decor comes with either of our two management arrangements, or on its own if you already run your own bookings. Either way, the furniture is ours, installation is at our cost, and your share of each sale is the same: the one written in your contract.

You choose a style
Five styles, one per home: contemporary, minimalist, coastal, classic, industrial. We visit the home and propose the one that suits it, room by room, with the list of furniture we install — at our cost.

We furnish and decorate
Sofa, beds, lamps, rugs, tableware, linen, objects: everything comes from our stock, and everything stays ours. Your home is ready to let, and it looks like a home.

Guests buy, you get your share
During their stay, guests see that what they like is for sale and ask us. We sell, deliver, and replace the piece in the home. Every sale made at your place pays you a commission, at its agreed rate, on a statement separate from your rent.
A well-furnished home lets better. Here, it costs you nothing.
Furnishing a home with taste so it lets for more and more often is what professionals have long done — and charged for. With us, furniture isn't an expense: it's stock that sells. You get the furnished home, we carry the furniture, and the shop pays you on top.
Not an idea, a market
In the United States, holiday homes already sell their furniture piece by piece to their guests, and the industry measures a real appetite among travellers for the products of their stay. In Portugal, nobody does it yet — and nobody does it with their own furniture, their own management, and a share for the owner.
What you want to know before saying yes
Who owns the furniture?
Want It Now, from the first day to the last. You buy nothing, insure nothing, store nothing. If you leave the arrangement, we collect the furniture.
What happens when a piece is sold?
We deliver it to the buyer after their stay and replace it in the home, in the same style. The next guest finds a complete home.
How much do I get per sale?
A commission whose rate is written in your contract, product by product. We don't publish a rate card, for the same reason as with our management arrangements: it depends on the home, the furniture installed, and what we agree together. It is set before you sign.
When and how am I paid?
On a separate statement, "Furniture sold", every month with a sale, with its own transfer. It never mixes with your rent, and you'll find it in your owner area.
Does it change anything for my guests?
They stay in a furnished home and can take home what they liked. Nothing is pushed on them, nothing is sold inside the home: they ask, we answer with the price and delivery.
What if my home is already furnished?
We look at what stays, what goes, and we tell you frankly. The style is chosen for the whole home, not room by room in a mix.

Tell us where the home is and what's in it. We come and see it, propose a style, and put in writing what you'll receive — on the letting if you entrust it to us, and on every sale in any case.
